Socio-Economic Development – Second Division (P3D2)
The GMDF Private Public Partnership Forum 2nd Division (P3D2) is a consortium of experts aligned in topic with the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) Second Committee Agenda of Economic and Financial Development; https://www.un.org/en/ga/second/index.shtml
The 2nd Division of P3 Forum facilitates Socio-Economic Development Projects as partnerships designed to host an array of UN inter-agency coalitions, academic and scientific institutions, financial organizations, and research facilities in technology and innovation. Topics span an array of the SDG goals acting as the target guidelines for project selection. Project proposals are submitted through the P3 Forum application process. Projects will address core topics focused on multi-disciplines, including but not limited to; research/development assignments, applied field work/missions, beta testing and focus groups. P3D2 is tasked with constructing libraries of organized data, journal publications, peer reviews and presentations focused on the reported findings of such projects achievements and work. Furthermore, project Representatives are tasked on occasion to participate in GMDF’s UN/NGO related meetings, with target completion goals and milestones shared from reports and all findings.
The 2nd Division is required to;
– Construct a library of organized data and research under the P3 Forum.
– Prepare reports for all findings and meet target completion goals and milestones.
– Participation in GMDF UN/NGO Related Meetings.

The (P3D2) development project working groups are designed to work independent from board oversight but remain managed through the executive body of the P3 Forum (P3EX) which answers to the GMDF board of directors. Groups are designed through membership and each initiative has one or more member representatives which report to the P3 Executive (P3EX) on its findings and related work. The group through its representative(s) must provide milestone achievements and data reports per an agreed upon set of target goals and timelines. Budget reports and budget requests are required to support all funding sources, whereby a variety of funding mechanisms and financial partnerships may be considered. Most specifically, projects may be aligned through a separate trust, fund, or sponsored individual, agent, project member, and/or directly through the P3 Executive branch or board members. This additional oversight helps to keep projects in motion and on task to achieve set goals and accommodate budget and transparent oversight.
