The Secretariat of Public Private Partnership Forum (P3 Forum) announced that it will produce the 10th Anniversary Conference of the World Fashion Forum in Q4 of 2022.

The inaugural World Fashion Forum was held on 8 March 2013 and hosted a distinguished panel of representatives gathered to discuss Public-Private Partnerships with the Fashion Industry with a focus on Gender Equality and Women Empowerment.

The upcoming conference will continue to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing cross sector development activities as it relates to the fashion industry and their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

“The private sector plays an increasingly important role in supporting efforts that were once considered to be the responsibility of governments” said David Mladjenovic and Michael Holewka in a joint statement, the Co-Executive Directors of P3 Forum.

In advance of the Conference, the Secretariat of P3 Forum will meet in June in the British Virgin Islands to  identify the most pressing social and economic development needs worldwide and to these ends assesses the it’s ability to provide critical resources, with a focus on Women and Children in war torn countries.

The Roundtable  was convoked at the request of the Co-Executive Directors to provide a focused workshop-type environments for further deliberation amongst appropriate members of the P3 Forum and respective public and private sector representatives.
